i had a wonderful day at the national gallery victoria,

marvelling at the intricacies of the imaginations of brilliant minds,

losing myself in the thousands of brush strokes, framed in rustic gold

trying to feed the insatiable hunger for inspiration, and then

stopping for tea and macarons at the tea room

Bright Star paints the portrait of  the three-year romance

between young seamstress, Frances 'Fanny' Brawne,

and Romantic poet, John Keats. Set in Hampstead Village,

London 1818, amongst delightfully picturesque scenery

is wonderful dialogue and an array of splendid costumes.

Bright Star is a tender film of true magnificence.
