shoe lust

guess what?! the amazing pink crystal platforms were nowhere to be seen at miu miu :( i was so devastated, although there were those adorable navy platforms with various prints on them & all the pieces that lindsey wixson donned in miu miu's spring summer campaign, she's such a cutie :) which i gaped at in awe, until the sales person asked me slightly uncomfortably if she could help me, and i told her ever so politely, no, thank you! although i honestly had the urge to say, NO, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! CAN'T YOU SEE I HAVE PURE MIU MIU AMAZINGNESS ALL AROUND ME! DO I HONESTLY LOOK LIKE I NEED HELP?! sorry, awkward. . . i found a pair of gorgeous black leather ankle booties with a little buckle on the side :) and might i tell you that getting a pair of pretty shoes that make you feel TALL (as tall as my mum, in fact, who is 170cm), is so incredible; having been a rather short petite person for my whole life, i discovered the joy of being over 5'4! it's absolutely wonderful, which is why i plan to wear these (high, high) babies to death! :) this has also prompted me to share with you guys a compilation of fabulous shoes i wish i owned, my new shoes look pretty similar to the first pair! i do hope you enjoy :) how was your day?!
