veins, frankie and thai

Today was a perfectly strange but lovely day.
Went to work, where the aroma of coffee and freshly toasted raisin bread permeated my nostrils for several hours. I then had sushi, and after lunch, I had a blood test, which left me with a puncture in both arms because my veins are 'so, so tiny' and the nurse missed the vein in my left arm. Deary me, I never knew it was possible to have seemingly inconveniently sized veins!

But all was well, for I purchased the new issue of frankie magazine, what a perfect publication! Mummy then took me to have Thai food for dinner, as a treat for being brave :) Blood fascinates yet terrifies me, which is not the best of news as I would like to be a doctor when I grow up (oh but, will I ever?!)
I want to be a Dietician or an Architect or a Journalist, I'm not sure if I still want to be a Lawyer or a Fashion Designer, however I do still, without a doubt, dream of becoming a ballerina and an astronaut, with a pink and silver spacesuit. It's strange to think that I'll be sixteen, soon! That's barely one hundred and four weeks from being deemed responsible enough to vote and drink alcohol and everything else. Gosh, aren't I magnificently naive?!
